Overview: 4 simple steps to apply
Welcome to the Flight Maker membership application. We are delighted that you are interested in becoming a member. In order to build and maintain a quality membership, our application process is thorough.
Please review the process below and gather the information necessary to complete the application.
Important Note: In order to keep your information secure, no partial applications will be saved. Please be sure you have enough time, and all the necessary information, to complete the entire application in one sitting.

Positive recommendations provided by all references. |

No criminal history indicating felony convictions or any other criminal activity that Flight Maker, in its sole discretion, deems unacceptable. |

Flight Maker reserves the right to deny membership to any applicant for any reason other than reasons based on race, gender or religion. |

Agreements. All applicants are required to accept Flight Maker's Travel and Membership Agreements. Printable versions are available below.

| Step 2 |
Personal Information. You will be asked to provide us with some basic personal information for identification purposes.

| Step 3 |
Personal References. Flight Maker requires three personal references and three professional references with appropriate contact information and authorization for Flight Maker to contact them. (Why?) Note: References cannot be family or relatives.
Background. Answer one question each regarding criminal history and citizenship. If you are a convicted felon you are disqualified from membership in Flight Maker.
Authorization. Authorize Flight Maker to share your personal information with a third party vendor who provides credit, and background reports to Flight Maker. |

Pay Application Fee. Provide credit card information and make $150 application fee payment. |

Flight Maker is a private club for members only. We reserve the right to disapprove any applicant for any reason other than reasons based on race, gender, or religion.

We will begin processing your application when you have successfully completed steps 1 through 4. The application process usually takes 3-5 business days to complete, provided references are accessible.
Once your application has been approved, a Flight Maker representative will contact you to process payment of the $850 initiation fee (a credit card transaction). Upon receipt of this payment, you will receive an email containing your temporary User Name and Password, and simple instructions on how to begin using our services.
Note: Some applicants referred by other members may not be required to pay the initiation fee.
