Our Operators
Flight Maker uses only the nation's leading "on demand" charter operators. Our standards are high to ensure your safety and comfort. In fact, fewer than 12% of all Part 135 (FAA certified) charter operators nationwide meet our standards. The operators that do meet our standards have highly experienced crews, well-maintained planes, and a proven track record of delivering safe, reliable service.
Audit
We require all of our operators to be audited on-site by an independent, third party aviation auditing firm. These audits examine the overall operations of the charter operator with an emphasis on operating and safety procedures. Two of the leading nationally recognized auditing firms are:
Pilot Simulator Training
Our operators are required to send their pilots for motion-based simulator training at least once a year. The two leading simulator training facilities in the United States are:
Insurance
Our operators are required to carry minimum liability insurance of $50,000,000 (fifty million) per aircraft on all of their jet aircraft.
