We also use this information to determine which additional services we might develop to further customize our service for you. We automatically track certain information based upon your behavior on our site. We use this information to do internal research on our members' demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand and serve our members. You agree that we may use your information to contact you and deliver information to you that, in some cases, are targeted to your interests. By accepting the Membership Agreement and Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information.
Sharing Your Personal Information With Others
We will not rent or sell your personal information to any person or entity. Any communication with you from any third party that we deem to be a valuable message to our members must be sent through our email communication system. This gives us total control over what are members are sent and ensures that no third party obtains a list of our members and their personal information.
We may supply your personal information to credit agencies or companies we hire to do background checks. This information will be limited to the information needed for these companies to perform their credit or background checks.
The FAA requires that all charter flights have a passenger manifest which is a list of all passengers boarding the aircraft. Therefore, after you have confirmed a flight we will supply the name and address of all members in your travel party to the charter operator that will be flying you to your destination. Our charter operators are instructed to maintain strict confidentiality of this manifest.
Displaying Your Name or Personal Information on the Website
Your name or personal information will never be displayed on the website. All posting of flight plans and travel interests you post on the website will be displayed in a way so all members viewing this information will know the details of such plans but will in no way know your name. Posted flight plans may have certain travel credentials attached to them such as the number of times the member has flown on Flight Maker, On Time History, Travel Ratings by other traveling members, etc. These travel credentials will in no way disclose your name to any member viewing the activity. Obviously, the functionality of the site and the services to be delivered requires that our staff have full access to the personal information about all members. This information is strictly limited to designated staff on the administrative side of the website.
Changing Your Personal Information
You have the ability to change your personal information by logging in with your username and password. You will be able to update your contact information, edit or remove your requested email alerts or preferences, or ask to be removed as a member. Generally, we will not modify your information based on your phone request because of the difficulty in authenticating your account over the phone. In order to maintain a continuous flow of information you must update your personal information if it changes.
Protect Your User Name and Password
Your User Name and Password give you access to your personal information. DO NOT GIVE YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD TO ANYONE ELSE. Keep this information in a safe secure location that only you have access to. Be sure to log off from our site and close out of the browser before leaving your computer.
Information From Other Sources
We may receive and store information about you from other sources. From third parties we may obtain credit history, background history, and reference information that we will maintain. Information about your travel experiences with us provided by other travel members and\or the charter operators flying you, may be received and stored.

Except as otherwise expressly included in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. You are solely responsible for the personal information you personally choose to disclose to any members you have contact with.
Security of Information
We use industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including "firewalls" and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software. We treat data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. However, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.
Cookies
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred from our site to your computer's hard drive through your web browser. These "cookies" allow us to provide customized features and allow you to enter your password less frequently during a session. At various locations on the site we will have links to other third party sites that we believe may provide you with helpful information. For example, these may be sites of our charter operators, the FAA, various pilot training companies, destination resorts, etc. These third party sites may have "cookies" placed within their web pages. We do not control the use of "cookies" by third parties.
